Directive 1142/2026Built to the directive. Licensing pending.
Every sale, registered the moment it happens.
Each transaction becomes a signed, sequenced, permanent fiscal record - before your customer has put their wallet away. At nine in the morning or three in the morning.

Illustration with sample data
- Your invoices live in three places and agree in none of them.
- The network drops and the counter stops.
- At filing time, somebody rebuilds the month by hand.
How it works
Five steps, and only the first one is yours
Your cashier makes a sale. Everything after that happens on its own, in under a second.
- 01Sale is made
At the till, on the phone, or on an invoice.
- 02Signed
A fiscal signature and its place in an unbroken sequence.
- 03Sealed
It cannot be altered afterwards without leaving a trace.
- 04Archived
Stored securely, with the retention the authority expects.
- 05Ready to file
Exports already in the shape filing requires.
If the connection is down, steps 2 to 5 queue on the terminal and complete themselves the moment it returns. The queue never stops the sale.
The same sale, with the other products joined
- 01Sale rung up
On a till built for your trade.
EBO POS - 02Registered
Signed, sequenced, sealed.
EBO Invoicing - 03Stock moves
The shelf and the system agree.
EBO ERP / Inventory - 04Posted to the ledger
No second entry, no month-end rebuild.
EBO ERP / Accounting - 05Customer updated
The invoice belongs to somebody.
EBO CRM
One action at the counter. Five things done, once. See the bundles.
What it does
Six things, every day and every night
Businesses here run past midnight - night pharmacies, fuel stations, hotels, 24-hour wholesalers. So does this. There is no closing routine that has to be run before the system will accept tomorrow.
Registers every sale
As it is made, signed and in sequence - around the clock.
Never loses a record
Offline queues locally, syncs on return, nothing retyped.
Handles corrections properly
Refunds and credit notes as traceable events, never deletions.
Consolidates every terminal
One register across tills, shifts and branches.
Names who did what
Every action attributed. Accountability by record, not memory.
Works in Amharic and English
Chosen per user, not per installation.
Compliance
Built to the directive. Licensing in progress.
The EBO Electronic Invoice Registration Management System is built to Directive 1142/2026. Licensing with the Ministry of Revenues and INSA is currently pending, and we will publish the details here as soon as they are issued.
We say this on the front page rather than in a footnote, because a company that is straight with you about where it stands is the only kind worth handing your records to.
What it means today. You can install, migrate and train now - and be operating on a system built for the requirement from the day licensing completes, rather than starting the project on that day.
Better together
Registration is one part of the sale
It never arrives alone. A sector version of EBO POS and the ERP Inventory module ship with it, so the sale that gets registered is the same sale that moved the stock.
Break Free - transition offer
Already subscribed to somebody else?
Being locked in should not be the reason you stay. If you are paying a subscription for a registration or invoicing service from another provider, we make leaving it the cheapest part of the decision.
Recognising what you have already spent on the system you are leaving.
So you are not funding two systems at once in a single month.
Run ours against your own work before you commit to anything.
Extracted, cleaned, run in parallel until the numbers agree. We do it, not you.
Bundles
Start here. Add what you need.
Tiers are counted from EBO Invoicing. Every addition is discounted automatically, and each one more deeply than the last.
EBO Seal
Register the sale - and do one more thing with it.
EBO Chain
Sale, stock and books. Nothing entered twice.
Choose from: EBO POS / EBO CRM / EBO ERP
EBO Full Circle
Enquiry to registered sale, and back again.
All four, together.
Depth: additions inside a product count too
An extra ERP module, or another trade version of the POS, is an addition like any other - and is discounted the same way.
EBO Invoicing + EBO POS + EBO ERP (Accounting) + EBO ERP (Inventory)
Tier two, and one module deeper. The price depends on what you end up running, not the order you bought it in.
Independent Sales Contractors
Or sell the registration system, and earn on what you bring.
Open to anyone interested in enterprise technology - no experience required and no need to leave your job, your studies or your own business. Learn the products properly, get certified, and sell.

- Take the free course - Amharic or English, at your own pace.
- Pass the exam at 80%, then a short interview and induction.
- Get your certificate, a CRM account and a named team leader.
- Register deals. Commission is paid the same business day the customer's payment clears.
Before you sign
Twelve things to demand of anything that holds your fiscal records
Your records outlive your supplier relationship. These are the questions worth asking before anyone touches them.
01Room for every year
Registered invoices kept and searchable. No archive purge to make space for this month.
02Backed up, and restorable
Encrypted, copied daily, kept off the machine that made the copy - and tested by restoring it. A fiscal record cannot be re-created.
03Our servers or yours
Hosted by EBO, or installed behind your own door. Reversible later without changing product.
04Users set to your counter
Licence the cashiers and supervisors you actually have. Add for a season, release after it.
05Directive changes are our problem
A change in the rules arrives as an update, not as a new purchase.
06Support that answers
First line for the everyday, second line for the technical, both in business hours. Cloud clients go first.
07Learnable in one shift
A cashier should register a sale without thinking about it. If they have to think, we built it wrong.
08Training and a certificate
Counter, supervisor and accountant paths, each certified through EBO Academy.
09Fast where it is felt
Registration adds nothing a customer standing at the till can notice.
10Exports your accountant can open
Documented interfaces and filing-shaped exports, not a proprietary dead end.
11Built to Directive 1142/2026
Designed around the obligation from the start rather than adapted to it afterwards.
12Adjustable to your counter
Receipts, roles and reports configured to you - and built to order where configuration is not enough.
Running it
Four questions people ask before signing
Questions
Frequently asked
Is it licensed?
It is built to Directive 1142/2026. Licensing with the Ministry of Revenues and INSA is pending, and we will publish the details on this page as soon as they are issued.
Does it stop at the end of the day?
No. There is no daily close that has to be run before the system will take another sale. A 24-hour pharmacy, a fuel station or a hotel front desk registers at three in the morning exactly as it does at midday, and shift changes are recorded without interrupting selling.
What happens when the internet goes down?
You keep selling. Registrations queue on the terminal and synchronise automatically when the connection returns, with the sequence unbroken.
Can it run entirely on our own servers?
Yes - cloud or on your own premises, and you can move between the two later without changing product.
We are paying another provider. Can you help us leave?
That is what Break Free is for: a discount recognising what you have already spent, instalments, a free trial period and migration handled by us. See the offer.
We already use another till - can we keep it?
Sometimes, depending on whether it can hand over a sale in a registrable form. Most clients move to the sector version of EBO POS that ships with registration, because the two were built as one flow.
Who can change a registered invoice?
Nobody. Corrections are separate, attributed events - credit notes, cancellations, adjustments. The trail cannot be edited by an administrator or by us.
Does it work in Amharic?
Yes, chosen per user - a cashier can work in Amharic while the accountant works in English on the same system.
How many users and branches?
As many as you need. Users are licensed to the people who actually use them, and branches consolidate into one register.
What does it cost?
It depends on terminals, branches and hosting. Worth knowing first: adding any other EBO product later is discounted automatically, and the discount deepens with each addition. See how.
